CHALLENGE

Our signature fundamentals 6 Week Challenge is designed to not only teach novices the foundation of Kettlebell and Bodyweight training, it also allows students to regain mobility, build strength, endurance and power, and shed unwanted pounds.

It is SAFE, FUN, PROGRESSIVE and CHALLENGING!

It includes an easy-to-follow nutrition guide that helps students develop lasting healthy eating habits. Say goodbye to restricting diets and embrace improved energy levels and self-assurance in making the right food choices with our straightforward method.
