KETTLEBELL TRAINING

At the Kettlebell Club,  students new to kettlebells will start their journey with our 6 week program that provides the foundation for kettlebell training and sets them up for continued progress. We promise you that if you take the time to learn proper kettlebell technique and stay consistent, you will achieve quicker, more effective results than anything else you have ever tried. Kettlebells improve flexibility, mobility, cardiovascular health and strength, all in one small neatly packed cast iron package.

Most people don’t have the time nor want to spend hours at a crowded gym doing countless exercises and, in most cases, not getting the desired results. With kettlebell skills you can train anywhere, training several muscles and energy systems simultaneously. This full-body workout improves overall fitness and burns major calories allowing you to get into the best shape of your life with minimal time dedication.

Kettlebells are also great for those who practice other athletic endeavours such as team sports or endurance-based activities, as they help develop a great foundation of strength for any other sporting activity you participate or compete in.
